Pressure Filling Systems For Viscous Liquids

Filler Specialties manufactures pressure filling systems for handling viscous liquids.   Machine models available from entry level 6 valve machines, to high speed 72 valve systems.   Stand alone fillers, or monobloc filler/capper configurations are offered.    For information on how we can help with your application, contact Filler Specialties at 616-772-9235 or email us at filler@filler-specialties.com

Servo Driven Pick & Place Capping Turrets

Filler Specialties has a full line of rotary capping systems including servo driven pick & place turrets.   Unlike mechanically driven pick & place cappers, servo driven machines offer unparalleled flexibility, thereby enabling a wide range of bottle and cap combinations to be effectively accommodated with one turret.  Each individual head is driven from its own independent servo motor.   In addition to increased cap and container neck finish flexibility, servo driven cappers allow for the collection of torque data if desired.

Product Temperature Control - Hot Fill Applications

Filler Specialties offers temperature controlled filling bowls to consistently maintain product temperature for hot fill applications. By continuously circulating hot fluid through a jacketed filling bowl, product temperature can easily be maintained, thereby improving overall product quality and production line efficiency.  Product temperature is maintained in the fill bowl even when the machine is stopped due to upstream or downstream line conditions, thus eliminating the need to evacuate product because of temperature loss.
