This entry level rotary filler series is available as the GWFS-63 or AWFS-105. The GWFS-63 handles gallons at speeds of 20 gallons per minute and small bottles up to 45 bpm. The AWFS-105 handles small bottles at speeds 75 bpm depending on the product to be filled. This is not your ordinary low volume filler. It includes many of the same features of its big brothers: dependable gear drive with perfect timing for optimum bottle handling and control; heavy duty stainless steel frame with polished finish; solid stainless steel legs and columns; and AC variable speed drive. It can even be set-up with Filler Specialites 3 head pick and place capper for easy handling of difficult bottle/cap combinations.
