Cristalia Premium Water Buys PET Filler For New Facility

Cristalia Premium Water - Puerto Rico, builds new facility and adds new 400 bpm filling line to meet growing demand.  They chose the Filler Specialties Model AWFS-4214 equipped with "neck to neck" bottle handling hardware for lightweight PET bottles, HP-800 neck support capping system, and bulk cap hopper elevator for prefeeding caps.

GWFS-3010 Commissioned At Producers Dairy

Producers Dairy - Fresno, CA commissions new GWFS-3010 monobloc filler/capper for fluid milk.  The machine features ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, PPLS potentiometric product level control system, automated sani-bar sanitizer with line brake, Allen Bradley plc with touchscreeen interface, and bulk cap hopper elevator.  "We're very impressed with the shelf life advances gained after installing this new machine" states Doug Milam, Director of Operations.  "We didn't add this filler specifically for extending product shelf life, but in addition to improving over-all line performance (which was the main goal), that was the result.  It's clear this machine positively impacts  shelf life, because no product processing changes were made."

Beverage House Ramps Up Production

Aloe Vera of America Installs New Line

Aloe Vera of America, Division of Forever Living Products selected the Filler Specialties Model AWFS-3612 complete with proprietary ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, Ultra-Clean enclosure with HEPA filtration, foil cap conductive heat sealing system, and cap sanitizer.  Their previous line with outdated rotary filler no longer met their growing production and efficiency requirements.  The Model ACFS-12 downstream pick and place (cap in head) capper was also provided by Filler Specialties. 

Heinz Solves Capping Problem

Heinz solves cap feeding problem by installing a new Filler Specialties Rotary Cap Feeder designed for integration with an existing pick and place capper.  Filler Specialties provided the feeder and stub chute and designed it for easy integration.  The unit runs flip-top closures at speeds of 250 units per minute.

Aluminum Can Filler

A stand alone 18 valve "can" filler was recently completed and shipped to   Mexico.   The Model AWFS-18 is specifically designed for filling 8 ounce cans with a new age nutritional drink.  The unit is integrated with a downstream seamer.   For more information, contact Filler Specialties.

Smith Dairy of Orrville, OH purchases third Filler Specialties machine. Like their other FSI units, it includes several quality options including ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, CIP hardware with Sani-Flex technology, sani-bar sanitizer, stainless steel baseplate, and gear driven screw capper with stainless steel magnetic heads for consistent cap torque control.

Sorenco Laboratories-Salt Lake City, UT installs Filler Specialties' FSI-5MB Series Rotary Filler & Capper. After evaluation, Sorenco chose the Model AWFS-3010 over Fogg.
