Grupo Jumex Commissions 4th New Filling System

Grupo Jumex - Mexico City, Mexico installs fourth new Filler Specialties filling & capping system.  Recently installed machines include two (2) AWFS-5427 Multi-Flavor Systems, both with foil press, conduction heating sealing system, and lane diverter with auto sync technology.  Other Models include the AWFS-36-18-12 with twin capping turrets, and Model GWFS-24-8-8 with twin capping turrets including foil heat sealing system and pick and place capper turret.  All machines provided include Ultra-Clean enclosures with HEPA filtration, cap sanitizing systems, ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, CIP hardware with Sani-Flex, Siemens controls package, and more.

GWFS-3010 Commissioned in Australia

Southern Processors - Victoria, Australia bottles fluid milk into multiple bottle sizes with the Model GWFS-3010.  "The commissioning went beautifully" and "they are well pleased with the performance and presentation of the GWFS-3010".  The machine is set-up to run 1 litre, 2 litre, and 3 litre bottles, all with 38mm screw caps.  It includes patented ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, CIP hardware with Sani-Flex diaphragms, HP-800 capping turret, and safety enclosure with interlocks.                                                   

Aaron Industries Fills Magnesium Citrate Laxative with Model AWFS-24

Aaron Industries - Clinton, SC fills magnesium citrate solution into 10 ounce glass bottles.  The Filler Specialties Model AWFS-24 replaces an existing filler that has not held up to the corrosive nature of the product.  The unit includes EMV external mount all metal filling valves, and glass handling package complete with bottle centering guides and spring loaded lifter pedestals.

Procal Dairies Installs GWFS-279 Filling Systems

Procal Dairies Pty Ltd - Melbourne, Australia commissions two (2) GWFS-279 Filling & Capping Systems.  They handle bottle sizes from 300ml to 4 litre at speeds of 250 bottles per minute and 90 bpm respectively.  Both machines feature ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, CIP hardware with Sani-Flex technology, PPLS potentiometric level control sensor, pneumatic cap air conveying system, and Allen Bradley programmable controller and control package with Ethernet capability.

Vi-Jon Fills Mouthwash With Filler Specialties Fillers

Vi-Jon - Smyrna, TN fills mouthwash and related oral care products with Filler Specialties fillers & cappers.  Models range from the AWFS-3612 to the Model GWFS-93.  Other sizes include the Model AGWFS-3010.   All machines run multiple bottle sizes of Vi-Jon's quality oral care products.

Cristalia Premium Water Buys PET Filler For New Facility

Cristalia Premium Water - Puerto Rico, builds new facility and adds new 400 bpm filling line to meet growing demand.  They chose the Filler Specialties Model AWFS-4214 equipped with "neck to neck" bottle handling hardware for lightweight PET bottles, HP-800 neck support capping system, and bulk cap hopper elevator for prefeeding caps.

Beverage House Ramps Up Production

Aloe Vera of America Installs New Line

Aloe Vera of America, Division of Forever Living Products selected the Filler Specialties Model AWFS-3612 complete with proprietary ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, Ultra-Clean enclosure with HEPA filtration, foil cap conductive heat sealing system, and cap sanitizer.  Their previous line with outdated rotary filler no longer met their growing production and efficiency requirements.  The Model ACFS-12 downstream pick and place (cap in head) capper was also provided by Filler Specialties. 

Heinz Solves Capping Problem

Heinz solves cap feeding problem by installing a new Filler Specialties Rotary Cap Feeder designed for integration with an existing pick and place capper.  Filler Specialties provided the feeder and stub chute and designed it for easy integration.  The unit runs flip-top closures at speeds of 250 units per minute.

Fresenius Kabi Fills Nutriceutical Product In Aluminum Cans

Fresenius Kabi - Mexico commissions the Model AWFS-18 Stand Alone Filler.  The machine fills new age nutriceutical drinks into 8 ounce aluminum cans. The filler was designed for integration with a downstream seamer.   For more information, contact Filler Specialties.

Smith Dairy of Orrville, OH purchases third Filler Specialties machine. Like their other FSI units, it includes several quality options including ESL Clean-In-Place filling valves, CIP hardware with Sani-Flex technology, sani-rinse sanitizer, stainless steel baseplate, and gear driven screw capper with stainless steel magnetic heads for consistent cap torque control.

Forest Pharmaceutical - St. Louis, MO adds Model ACFS-4 Pick and Place Capper.   Forest Pharmaceutical, who also runs the Filler Specialties Model GWFS-9 Sanitary Rotary Filler, replaced an existing capper with the ACFS-4 to improve over-all line efficiencies.
